Edge Tech is working exclusively with an AI-powered Intelligent Automation vendor who provide a full end-to-end solution enabling businesses to transform the way they work. Recently, off the back of $160m Series C funding, this rapidly growing pre-IPO company have just expanded into the US and have their eyes set on massive growth!
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Sales Director who will initially be an invidiual quota carrying new business salesperson but will then quickly evolve into managing and driving a team of highly experienced salespeople based in the U.S selling across industry verticals. You will not only provide sales and business development activities and leadership but also significant input into the overall strategic approach and market development for the company.
You will be capable of thinking beyond quarterly results without sacrificing a sense of urgency and you’ll also have a long-range view and understanding on how to aggressively penetrate the US market through the creation of new business.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good knowledge of RPA, Intelligent Automation, Conversational AI, Chat Bots, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) etc
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Successful track record in driving sales efforts across different industry verticals
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue growth through well-executed campaigns
- Proven experience of leading successful new business sales teams for a growing SaaS/Tech vendor
- In-depth knowledge of operational excellence in departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Partner engagement
- Proven success in maintaining and implementing sales processes and methodologies
