Frankfurt or Munich (remote initially)

€50k - €70k basic + OTE


Edge Tech has been retained by one of Germany’s leading RPA and Intelligent Automation consultancies to secure a high-performing technology sales professional. Our client is the leading name in RPA and intelligent automation consulting offering services around for these technologies such as strategy, proof of concepts, enablement and execution. They boast an enviable list of customers who have successfully implemented and scaled RPA and other emerging technologies such as process mining, intelligent OCR and unstructured data.

Due to their ongoing growth and success they are now looking to hire a sales development expert to join the team either in Frankfurt or Munich (the position will be remotely based initially during the pandemic).

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and selling our client’s complete product and service portfolio of end-to-end process automation and process mining solutions. You’ll also process incoming leads along with generating your own to grow the companies pipeline along with working closely with partners to support the expansion and further development of their existing customers. In cooperation with our client’s marketing team, you will create product and company information that clearly highlights our client's USP and work on joint campaigns to acquire new customers. Lastly, you will also have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to achieve great things in this emerging technology space with a rapidly growing organisation set for huge success.


Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years experience in software / SaaS / technology sales
  • Experience selling RPA / intelligent automation solutions/services across Germany (desired)
  • A proven track record of new business/new logo lead generation, appointment setting and sales experience
  • Dealt at C-Suite / Executive level – strong stakeholder management experience
  • A university degree in IT / Business or equivalent
  • Must be fluenrt in German (speaking and writing)
