You will also be building the RPA solutions from scratch, configuring and developing automations by utilising UiPath or Blue Prism.

Skills and requirements

 

  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on commercial UiPath or Blue Prism development experience
  • Ideally a background working at a consultancy or as a consultant - being familiar to this environment will help you hit the ground running
  • A strong analytical ability with experience from different sectors and a solid understanding of RPA and its function within a business
  • Previous experience in managing to build strong customer relationships with the operational teams and bring extra value to the projects they are involved by your strong consultative mindset
  • A professional or advanced level certification in UiPath or Blue Prism is desired
  • Previous coding experience in C# is a plus along with knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe would also be desirable

You’ll be responsible for evaluating business processes for the potential to utilise automation, gather requirements, and uncover areas for improvement. You’ll then propose plans for automation delivery and create the initial PDDs (Process Description Document) for automation requests. You will own and run the automation control centre ensuring RPA performance is maximized through efficient use of robotic license scheduling and automation process exception management. You’ll also be responsible for running and leading RPA automation process discovery workshops.
