Our client is recruiting for an experienced, results driven senior-level marketing expert to head their newly established EMEA Field Marketing team.

 

As the EMEA Head of Field Marketing, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, channel and presales teams as well as directly engage key partners. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and driving the execution of innovative, targeted demand generation campaigns to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

 

We anticipate that the role expectations and requirements may also evolve given the company’s rapid and dynamic growth. The individual stepping into this role will need to be flexible to adjust to requirements that may shift over time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute field marketing strategies, in collaboration with VP of Marketing and EMEA GM, that meet or exceed demand generation goals
  • Develop annual plans and review quarterly progress
  • Establish and run field marketing campaigns that drive high conversion rates by delivering high impact content aligned to buyers’ needs through the most effective channels
  • Coordinate campaigns and activities with Sales and Marketing teams as well as Channel Partners, including joint marketing programs with key regional partners
  • Implement targeted account-based marketing plans with sales and campaign managers
  • Oversee events, including trade shows, webinars, and meetings
  • Ensure high quality leads and high conversion rates
  • Analyse and reporting demand generation KPIs and ROI to drive better marketing decisions and continuous marketing performance improvement
  • Support the day-to-day needs and long-term development of the Field Marketing team

Due to their success and continued expansion globally, they are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their high performing sales team here in the US.

 

With a client list that includes big names such as Starling and Metro Bank you'll be joining a credible player in the AI space and will be responsible for forming and executing a content strategy that helps our client stand out from the crowd and generates inbound leads.

 

Working with the Demand Generation Lead you will create inbound campaigns around specific messaging and you’ll also work on long-form articles, whitepapers, landing pages, blog posts, and emails, as well as thinking up and experimenting with fresh new ideas to engage with our client’s audiences.

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 4+ years of experience creating content for a tech or SaaS company (B2B)
  • A proven track record of creating content that generates leads
  • Experience in creating conversion-driven copy for landing pages and whitepapers/eBooks
  • A solid understanding of SEO and know how to incorporate best practices into your work
  • You’re an excellent writer with an eye for detail - no spelling or grammar mistakes get past you!

With a client list that includes big names such as Starling and Metro Bank you'll be joining a credible player in the AI space and will be responsible for helping to enhance our clients sales process and operationalize our revenue strategy. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Lead, Chief Revenue Officer, and sales teams helping manage and oversee their daily sales operations, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and is set-up to succeed.

 

You’ll also co-own the tech-stack for the Sales and Business Development teams, most notably Salesforce, Outreach and HubSpot and will help operationalize our client’s revenue strategy by supporting the strategic and day-to-day running of their sales motion.
