I am currently working with a leading gaming business who are expanding their successful RPA CoE and are looking for BAs to join their team.

 

This role will play a significant part in their ground-breaking portfolio of work. You will support in driving the programme through a mixture of redesign and building of new processes in the businesses chosen automation tools. You will also be responsible for the management of relationships across multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of the portfolio, and realisation of the benefits.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.
  • Working with the rest of the delivery group and business SMEs you will break down and analyse existing business processes in detail to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA/NLP supported solution.
  • You will be required to communicate process changes and training requirements to business SMEs and key stakeholders.
  • Set deadlines working with key stakeholders, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of your projects.
  • Perform risk and issue management to minimise project risks and issues.
  • Manage sub-project timelines and coordinate development testing with the operation and technology partners.
  • Establish relationships and work closely with partners across the business to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions.

As part of their growth, they are looking to hire a Senior IP & Firewalls Engineer to play a major role in all fault fix and to truly make a difference. As the Senior Engineer you will provide 2nd Line Technical Support and 24 hour call out on a rota basis for the infrastructure Supported by IP Network Support.

 

You’ll also be tasked with supporting the SMIP Management and Access Infrastructure ensuring all Third-Party utility companies are able to access the platform 24/7/365. You’ll also investigate faults escalated to the IP Network Support Team, escalating where necessary to the equipment Vendors and provide workarounds & processes for 1st level and field engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience actively supporting a large IP network in an enterprise environment including Firewalls, DNS and other security platforms.

  • Experience with JNCIP-Cloud or equivalent for Cloud based networks.
  • Willing to provide on-call support 24*7 on a rota basis (including travelling to sites across the UK)
  • Have the ability to take the lead in co-ordinating restoration of a service (in a pressurised environment), where expertise may be required from a number of engineers from different disciplines.
  • Expertise with CCISP or equivalent for Security is desirable.
