The Customer Success team represents the voice of the customer to the rest of our client’s organisation and thrive on collaborating with teams internally to define new processes that will ensure they help their clients achieve their desired outcome. The key to this role is in the capacity to listen to the customers business needs and then to translate them into actionable insights but also to optimise our client’s product and operational processes.

 

You’ll also be tasked with maintaining engagements with customers and coach them through the implementation of their strategic plan by working cross- functionally with our client’s internal teams to coordinate the delivery of technical support and training. 

 

Required skills & experience

  • Product & Technical Account Management/Customer Success experience in a B2B tech/SaaS environment

As you are aware, Brexit is huge for us here in the UK and our client is at the forefront of how these customs and boarder procedures take place. They deal with the entire end to end process from customs entry, planning, sequencing, trades and declarations. Due to the sheer number of transactions and tasks they complete on a day-to-day basis they are in the process of implementing UiPath across the business to automate huge amounts of work and streamline how they deal with all things related to the UK’s customs and boarders.

In this role you’ll be working alongside an agile development team to identify and implement automations and efficiencies that accelerate and de-risk software delivery. As our client’s business grows and demand for their Intelligent Automation engine increases, you’ll ensure that their platform remains available, stable and performant, minimising manual intervention at every opportunity.

 

You will also support and continuously improve tooling used by the development team to create efficiencies in the development process, increase application observability and monitoring. Lastly you will be expected to monitor latency, traffic, errors and saturation, identify issues and work with the development team to implement solutions.

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps or a SRE-related role
