Customer Success Manager
Remote – UK
We have been retained a leading Intelligent Automation technology vendor that are growing their Customer Success team here in the UK due to their huge success. Used by some of the largest business globally like MasterCard, Barclays, Prudential and Vodafone, their platform completely changes the way that organisations make decisions, they automate end-to-end decision making for businesses!
The Customer Success team represents the voice of the customer to the rest of our client’s organisation and thrive on collaborating with teams internally to define new processes that will ensure they help their clients achieve their desired outcome. The key to this role is in the capacity to listen to the customers business needs and then to translate them into actionable insights but also to optimise our client’s product and operational processes.
You’ll also be tasked with maintaining engagements with customers and coach them through the implementation of their strategic plan by working cross- functionally with our client’s internal teams to coordinate the delivery of technical support and training.
Required skills & experience
Product & Technical Account Management/Customer Success experience in a B2B tech/SaaS environment
Strong business analysis skills and consultancy approach with the ability to recommend not only our client’s solutions but the utilisation of other tools such as ML, AI & RPA
Experienced in working with Agile methodologies
A track record of working in client-facing roles within the technology sector
A background of high-level technical demos, discussions and planning sessions
- Confident with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
